Care Services We Offer
Waiver Nursing
Nursing services performed by RN’s and LPN’s designed to meet the needs of our consumers. Our services focus on meeting all needs as identified in the Ohio ISP as well to improving our consumers well-being and overall quality of life.
This service is available only through the Individual Options Waiver.
Delegated Nursing
Delegated Nursing is a service that allows unlicensed direct support professionals to complete tasks that would normally be completed by a nurse. All tasks that are delegated require training.
Delegated Nursing services are guided by Ohio law.
Homemaker Personal Care (HPC)
Taylor Made Nursing offers Homemaker Personal Care (HPC) services, providing essential assistance with daily living activities to ensure individuals with disabilities can live independently and comfortably in their own homes. Our dedicated caregivers support with tasks such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
Day Services (ADS/VHS)
Our Adult Day Services (ADS) and Vocational Habilitation Services (VHS) are designed to enrich the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. Through engaging activities, skill-building programs, and community integration, we promote socialization, personal growth, and vocational skills, empowering participants to lead fulfilling and active lives.
Non-Medical Transport (NMT)
Taylor Made Nursing provides reliable Non-Medical Transport (NMT) services, ensuring safe and efficient transportation for individuals with disabilities. Whether it's getting to medical appointments, community activities, or daily errands, our professional drivers prioritize comfort and accessibility, helping clients stay connected and mobile.
Respite Care
Our Respite Care services offer temporary relief for primary caregivers, allowing them to take a much-needed break while ensuring their loved ones receive quality care. Taylor Made Nursing's compassionate and trained staff provide short-term, reliable support, giving caregivers peace of mind and clients a safe and engaging environment during their respite period.
